Meeting Minutes – Review of Charitable Support Activities
Agenda:
Review of support cases and follow-up on activities related to employment and basic needs for underprivileged families.
Discussion Points and Resolutions:
- Vocational Support – Welding and Carpentry
- An amount of 70 million IRR was allocated for launching or equipping a welding/carpentry workshop.
- A total of 155 million IRR was transferred by Mr. Shafaei for the purchase of welding equipment, which was handed over to Farshad’s father.
- It was noted that the welding tools were given as a temporary loan, and if properly maintained, they may become the individual’s permanent property in the future.
- Farshad’s father was described as a dedicated and committed person, and it was agreed that he would continue following up on the six to seven ongoing projects.
- Household Support – Food Preparation Equipment
- A family responsible for food preparation was identified, and support in the form of an industrial vegetable chopper and fryer was proposed.
- It was agreed that the payment would be made directly to the equipment vendor to ensure the purchase is completed properly.
- Cases Introduced by a Female Volunteer
- A woman had introduced several individuals in need.
- It was emphasized that no direct cash payments would be made to individuals; instead, payments would only be made to vendors for necessary goods or services.
- One of the introduced individuals had a heartbreaking story—he had started a company with friends which ended in failure and heavy debts. This case is to be reviewed further.
- Basic Needs Support – Clothing and Fruits
- A budget of approximately 10 million IRR (around $200) was allocated for the purchase of clothes and fruits to support several families.
- Follow-up on Previous Shop Setup
- Follow-up on a previously supported shop was proposed to assess its current status and functionality.
- Contribution of Mr. Moshidi Bozorg
- Due to the growing scope of activities, Mr. Moshidi Bozorg has been under increasing pressure. The group expressed appreciation for his efforts and emphasized the need to ease his workload where possible.
Recommendations and Summary:
- All aid should be distributed in rotation and with strict monitoring of how resources are used.
- Ongoing support cases must be regularly tracked and evaluated for effectiveness in improving employment and living conditions.
- Direct payment to vendors shall remain the standard procedure for all types of support.

حاضرین: آقایان رضا حسین نژاد، مسعود فراهانی، مرتضی عباسی، تورج دادگر ، آقای مشیدی بزرگ، پدر فرشاد، جمعی از اعضای گروه نیکوکاری
دستور جلسه:
بررسی موارد حمایتی و پیگیری اقدامات انجام‌شده در حوزه‌های شغلی و معیشتی خانواده‌های نیازمند
مصوبات و موارد مطرح شده:
- حمایت شغلی – جوشکاری و نجاری
- مبلغ ۷۰ میلیون تومان برای راه‌اندازی یا تجهیز فعالیت جوشکاری/نجاری در نظر گرفته شد.
- مبلغ ۱۵۵ میلیون تومان توسط آقای شفایی برای خرید وسایل جوشکاری واریز گردید که وجه به پدر فرشاد تحویل داده شد.
- ذکر شد که لوازم جوشکاری به صورت امانت در اختیار فرد قرار گرفته و در صورت نگهداری مناسب، در آینده مالکیت وسایل به او منتقل خواهد شد.
- پدر فرشاد فردی دلسوز و پیگیر معرفی گردید و مقرر شد پیگیری همین ۶ الی ۷ پروژه قبلی نیز از سوی ایشان ادامه یابد.
- حمایت معیشتی – تهیه دستگاه‌های غذایی
- برای خانواده‌ای که مسئولیت تأمین غذا را برعهده گرفته‌اند، تهیه دستگاه سبزی خردکن و سرخ‌کن صنعتی مطرح شد.
- تصمیم گرفته شد که مبلغ حمایتی مستقیماً به فروشنده تجهیزات پرداخت شود تا اطمینان از خرید تجهیزات حاصل شود.
- موارد معرفی‌شده توسط یک بانوی داوطلب
- خانمی چند نفر را جهت دریافت کمک معرفی کرده‌اند.
- تأکید شد که وجه نقد مستقیماً به افراد پرداخت نمی‌شود و تنها برای خرید کالا یا خدمات مورد نیاز، به فروشنده مربوطه پرداخت خواهد شد.
- یکی از افراد معرفی‌شده، دارای سابقه راه‌اندازی شرکت با دوستان خود بوده که متأسفانه به دلیل بدهی و مشکلات مالی با شکست مواجه شده است. این مورد نیز جهت بررسی دقیق‌تر در دستور کار قرار گرفت.
- حمایت معیشتی – تهیه اقلام خوراکی و پوشاک
- مبلغی حدود ۱۰ میلیون تومان (معادل تقریبی ۲۰۰ دلار) برای خرید لباس و میوه جهت حمایت از برخی خانواده‌ها اختصاص یافت.
- پیگیری وضعیت مغازه قبلی
- پیگیری وضعیت مغازه‌ای که در گذشته توسط گروه نیکوکاری تجهیز شده بود، در دستور کار قرار گرفت تا وضعیت فعلی آن بررسی شود.
- نقش آقای مشیدی بزرگ
- به دلیل افزایش حجم فعالیت‌ها، زحمت مضاعفی بر دوش آقای مشیدی بزرگ قرار گرفته است. قدردانی و هماهنگی جهت کاهش فشار کاری بر ایشان مورد تأکید قرار گرفت.
توصیه و جمع‌بندی:
- کمک‌ها به صورت گردشی و با نظارت دقیق بر نحوه مصرف منابع انجام پذیرد.
- پیگیری منظم پرونده‌های حمایتی قبلی و ارزیابی تأثیر آن‌ها بر معیشت و اشتغال افراد انجام شود.
- در کلیه موارد، پرداخت مستقیم به فروشنده کالا یا خدمات به عنوان رویه اصلی ادامه یابد.
